About Me
I grew up in Ireland and completed my four-year degree in Primary Education at DCU, where I majored in English Literature. Since then, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting learners of all levels with literacy development.
I taught in Dublin for four years, followed by two years in London, gaining valuable experience in diverse school communities. I now teach primarily online, where I’ve refined my approach to adapting literacy curricula to suit the needs of all learners- including those with speech and language delays and English language learners.
My teaching is inclusive, student-centred, and informed by the latest research in literacy and language development. I create engaging, personalized lessons that help build confidence, improve communication, and foster a love of reading and writing.

Tutor Experience
I am a qualified primary school teacher with 7 years of experience teaching in both classroom and online settings. I taught at Enable Ireland Sandymount School (Dublin) and Side by Side School (London), where I led inclusive classrooms supporting children aged 4–12, including those with special educational needs, speech and language delays, and complex medical needs. I developed and implemented Individual Education Plans and collaborated closely with therapists, medical professionals, and families to support each child's holistic development.
Since 2024, I have worked as an online Literacy and ESL tutor on various platforms, teaching students aged 4–13 around the world in one-on-one and small group settings. I deliver structured, interactive lessons using provided materials, focusing on building language confidence and communication skills.
